Last updated: 16 June 2026. By creating an account or using Brax you agree to these terms. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on it.
Brax is a surgical case logbook for surgeons and trainees, created by Dr. Fiifi Brakatu. It helps you record cases, store imaging, produce statistics and exam logbook exports, share with a supervisor, and contribute de-identified numbers to a national registry. Brax is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions remain entirely yours.
You must give accurate registration details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Brax is intended for qualified surgeons, trainees and related professionals.
You own the records you create. You are responsible for handling patient information lawfully (see our Privacy Policy), including de-identifying images before sharing or exporting, and for complying with your institution's and Ghana's data-protection rules. Do not upload content you are not permitted to.
Don't misuse the app, attempt to breach security, resell access, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may update or change features. Keep your own backups/exports of anything critical.
Brax is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical decisions made using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
